Lahore: Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has taken notice of murder of two persons due to firing in a private torture cell of police in Bhikhi Sheikhupura and sought a report from DPO Sheikhupura.
The Chief Minister directed that an inquiry be conducted into the incident and stern action be taken against those who were operating private torture cell and involved in firing.
Meanwhile, Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has taken notice of murder of a married woman in Chiniot Kacheri and sought a report from DPO Chiniot.
The Chief Minister ordered legal action against the accused and said that murder in name of honour is tragic.
