CM wishes DCO like Zahid Saleem Gondal in every district

Lahore: Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif while presiding over a high level meeting in Circuit House Multan said that those who were ridiculing Lahore Metro Bus as Jangla Bus are now hiding their face in shame due to popularity of this project. He said that more than 1.5 lakh citizens are travelling by metro buses in Lahore daily.

He said that when he came out of his house at 6.00 am today for leaving for Multan, Metro Buses on Ferozpur Road were jam packed. He said that he was pleased to see this and thanked Allah Almighty as lakhs of passengers were benefiting from this project.

He said that metro bus service is an extremely successful service and people prefer to travel metro buses as its inexpensive means of transport as well as time saving.

The Chief Minister especially appreciated the performance of district Coordination Officer Multan Zahid Saleem Gondal and said that he has heard a lot about him and he is doing a very good job.

He said that he wants such DCOs from all over the province who are infused with the spirit of the public service and perform their duties with honesty and hard work.
