Reshman gives “lumbi judai” to her fans

Lahore: Prominent folk singer Reshman has passed away. She was the leading folk singer of the sub-continent. She belongs to Rajhistan ,India when she visted her village Indian government offered her citizenship but she preferred to live and die in Pakistan.

Hundreds of thousands fans expressed grief and sorrow on her sad demise.Chief Minister Punjab has  showed deep sense of sorrow on her death.In a condolence message, the Chief Minister said that the services of Reshman in the field of music would be remembered for a long time. The Chief Minister prayed that may Allah Almighty rest the departed soul in eternal peace and grant courage and strength to the bereaved family to bear the irreparable loss with fortitude.
