Sino-Pak relationship has taken a new turn: Rana Mashud Ahmad

Minister EducationLahore: Pakistan Muslim League-N will enable Pakistan to get rid of load-shedding to a large extent in a span of two years because six thousand five hundred Mega Watt electric power will be added to the distribution system of national grids during this time period. The Chinese government has inked various projects of power generation with the Pakistani leadership currently visiting the brotherly country, peoples Republic of China.

This was disclosed by Provincial Minister for Education and Convener Cabinet Committee for Ramazan Package Rana Mashud Ahmad here today while addressing to the traders of Liberty Market Lahore. The Minister said the last regime of PPP failed to developed such a level of confidence with the Chinese leadership and failed to get any assistance from China to confront power crisis as the Chinese leadership demanded from them sovereign guarantee before going ahead.

Now the situation is far better because Sino-Pak relationship has taken a new turn due to the level of confidence between Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and Chinese Prime Minister Li Keqiang. The Chinese leadership has finalized projects worth billions of dollars to meet the energy requirements of Pakistan, he added.

Rana Mashhood Ahmed Khan appreciated the role of trader community in the progress of Pakistan. Chairman Liberty Market Traders Association Safdar Ali Butt reciprocated him by saying that the trader community will never leave PML-N alone if Liberty Market is provided with a special package of electric supply as we deserve for it due to owners of the biggest shopping markets in Asia.
