CJP orders to register FIR against Hamza Shahbaz

Lahore : Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Saqib Nisar has ordered to register FIR against Hamza Shahbaz and other accused on torturing Ayesha Ahmad Malik till 12 AM tonight .He said if IGP can not implement the court orders then he should go on leave.

Chief Justice Saqib Nisar today heard the case after receiving unknown call from some one and inquired was the lady who called him present in the court ? And then started proceeding , Ayesha Ahad said she is the wife of Hamza Shahbaz who made her tortured with the connivance of Rana Maqbool , Maqsood Butt and others . Her application with court orders was pending at police station for 7 years but FOR was not lodged .

The CJP asked the reason from IGP who prayed for a time to clear the legal hitches and obstacles but CJP refused to give any more time and directed to registered FIR at any cost till midnight.

During proceeding of the case , the CJP ordered that Hamza Shahbaz appear before his court in 2 hours when he was informed that Hamza Shahbaz was not in Pakistan then he summoned him for next hearing.
