Lahore police launched Complaint Management System

Lahore police has taken a historical step to change “Thana Culture” and Strong coordination between Police and citizens.

According to which senior Police officer will not forward the application of any citizen to be junior officer and he will take decision by calling both parties.

SHO will take decision on the application of citizens within 10 days.

Same like SDPOs and SPs will solve the problem of citizen in his own office. Application will be entered in “Complaint Management System” and the problem will be solve on  priority basis.
