No officers to use the word “Sail” : DIG Operations

Lahore : DIG Operations Dr Haider Ashraf has stopped the all officers to use the word “Sail” and directed them to use word “Complainant”  in further official correspondence. He asked to use citizens that will be appropriate to change “Thana culture”.

Every complaint of the citizen will be handle on priority basis. The concerned police officer will be responsible for not obeying the instructions.
