Prof Dr Tahir Jamil passed away

Lahore : Punjab University Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Zafar Mueen Nasir has expressed his grief and sorrow over the sad demise of Office of Research Innovation and Commercialization (ORIC)’s Director and Department of Polymer Engineering & Technology’s Chairman Prof Dr Tahir Jamil.

In his condolence message, the VC said that he was a great asset for Punjab University as well as the nation. He said that Dr Tahir Jamil made day and night efforts for promotion of research in the university and his services would be remembered forever.

He prayed that the departed soul may rest in eternal peace and Almighty Allah may grant courage to the members of bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss.
