Pakistan may face another tragedy if constitution will not follow : Nawaz Sharif

Lahore : Former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has warned that Pakistan May face another tragedy if constitution will not be followed by the institutions.

After laying wreath and offering dua at Allama Iqbal Mausoleum, Nawaz Sharif said that Pakistan had come into existence by the power of vote 70 years before and we celebrating 70th anniversary of the country,unfortunately after the sad demise of Quaid-e-Azam and martyrdom of Quaid -e-Millet ,theory of need prevailed despite the law and it resulted the separation of East Pakistan ,we are ashamed on it.

Time has come to run the country upon the principles set by the Quaid-e-Azam ,, though we have wasted enough time but it’s never too late and we have to respect public opinion and their vote.Democracy is the name of respect of the vote and supremacy of the constitution,he added.

Nawaz Sharif said if vote of people was respected in the past,East Pakistan never apart its ways, we have delivered in 4 years that’s why a sea of masses participated in his rally from Rawalpindi to Lahore, development speed was at highest level,energy shortfall has overcome, Gas being supplied to every corner of the country and peace has been restored in the country including the Karachi.

PML-N  Quaid promised to make new laws for speedy justice , cheap housing schemes for middle class and to make Pakistan a prosperous and developed country.

He said his disqualification disturbed the pace of development and our government was busy to cover this setback though it was a difficult task .He vowed to make Pakistan a country where vote of the masses will be respected.
