Zakiya Shahnawaz leads anti-dengue awareness walk

Lahore: Environment Protection Department arranged an anti-dengue awareness walk from Liberty Market Roundabout to Hafeez Centre.

Minister Environment Protection Begum Zakiya Shahnawaz was the chief guest of the event. While expressing her commitment towards dengue eradication, she said that we observing Anti-Dengue Day on direction of Chief Minister Punjab. She said that Government of Punjab is determined to make Punjab a dengue-free province and soon we will succeed in it. Dengue elimination is the prime concern of CM Punjab.

Parliamentary Secretary for Health Khawaja Imran Nazir, Dr. Javed Iqbal, DG EPA, students of College of Earth & Environmental Sciences and the members of civil society also participated in the walk.
