56 Hindu Candidates to Contest Pakistan Hindu Council Elections

Dr Ramesh Kumar VankwaniLahore: To participate in the upcoming elections of Pakistan Hindu Council, to be held on April 3rd next month, 56 Hindu candidates across the country have submitted their forms for the seats of President, Vice President, Secretary General, Joint Secretary, Finance Secretary, and 10 seats of Managing Committee members.

This was stated by founder patron-in-chief, and MNA Dr. Ramesh Kumar Vankwani, while welcoming the Hindu delegates, who belong to all walks of life and different political backgrounds.

Dr. Ramesh Vankwani, while vowing to protect the minorities rights, expressed his satisfaction on the achievements of Pakistan Hindu Council, which he had founded 10 years ago to unite the Pakistani Hindu community. The delegates, showing their full confidence on the dynamic leadership of Dr. Ramesh Kumar Vankwani, were of the view that the restless struggle for ensuring the minorities rights through the platform of Pakistan Hindu Council is being acknowledged on national and international level equally.

“Pakistan is our country and every citizen must play his due role for the peace and prosperity,” Dr. Ramesh concluded, while adding that the election process  would prove the democratic values of the country.
