Imran Goraya gives financial assistance cheque to the family of television artiste late Farid Khan

Lahore: On behalf of Chief Minister Punjab Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif, Media Advisor Imran Ali Goraya has presented a cheque for Rs.10 lakh as financial assistance to the family of prominent television artiste late Farid Khan.

Speaking on the occasion, Imran Goraya said that Chief Minister had taken notice of the news regarding illness of Farid Khan and announced to meet expenses on his treatment and other needs. He said that Shahbaz Sharif has fulfilled his promise by providing financial assistance to the family of the deceased and has especially sent him to Karachi for this purpose.

While giving cheque to the widow, Imran Goraya assured of all possible assistance for the education of children and meeting other needs in future as well. The widow of late Farid Khan thanked Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif for the help and support. Arham Khan, son of late Farid Khan was also present on the occasion.
