He expressed these views while presiding over a high level meeting to review the situation of flood at Civil Secretariat. The meeting reviewed the situation of flood in different areas of the province.
A briefing was given to the Chief Secretary regarding advance measures in view of threat of flood. Chief Secretary said that information of low flood at some places in Punjab has been received. He said that slight increase is being seen in the flow of water in the rivers. He said that situation is under control in all the districts and no information has been received regarding loss of human life due to flood in the province.
Chief Secretary directed the administration of all the districts to remain vigilant all the time.
