Lahore: Advisor to Chief Minister Punjab on Health Khawaja Salman Rafique paid a visit to the De’montmorency College of Dentistry and the hospital on Saturday.
Secretary Health Jawad Rafique Malik, DG Health Dr. Zahid Pervaiz also accompanied him.
Khawaja Salman Rafique visited all departments of the hospital. Principal Prof. Dr. Wahid ul Hameed and MS Dr. Mushtaq Alam briefed the Advisor and Secretary Health regarding the issues faced by the college and the hospital.
Khawaja Salman Rafique ordered immediate repair of all necessary medical equipment and dental chairs. He also directed for renovation of the college/hospital building. Khawaja Salman Rafique also directed the Secretary Health to call a meeting in the next week to review the issues regarding human resource, medical equipment and construction of new building for De’montmorency College of Dentistry.
