Rana Mashhood attends prize distribution ceremony of Unique School System

Lahore: Provincial Minister for Education, Rana Mashhood Ahmed Khan has said that Pakistani government will play its positive role for the protection of Pakistani nationals in the war affected Yemen and ensuring peace in the region. He said that foreign ministry had issued travel advisory and red alert to Pakistanis one month before and Pakistani embassy is still trying to save the lives of Pakistanis. He said that PML-N government will make its best efforts for the safe evacuation of stranded Pakistanis.

He was talking to media at prize distribution ceremony of Unique School System today. Referring to the controversial telephonic talk between PTI Chairman Imran Khan and a central leader Dr. Arif Alvi, Rana Mashhood said it has become clear to the people that Imran Khan’s agenda is to come into power and he has no regard for democracy, constitution or the law. He said that Imran Khan should apologize for misguiding the nation in the name of new Pakistan and hampering the process of national progress and prosperity.

Addressing prize distribution ceremony, Rana Mashhood said that Pakistani children are very talented and no power can defeat Pakistan. He also paid tributes to the parents who are making sacrifices for ensuring a bright future for their children. Minister for Food Bilal Yasin also spoke on the occasion and gave away prizes to position holder children.

Provincial Minister Rana Mashhood also participated in a function in connection with launching ceremony of special album of songs written by Pastor Sohail Patrick Sohaila promoting peace and tolerance arranged by Tahang Waseeb Organization of Sargodha at Pearl Continental Hotel today. Provincial Minister for Social Welfare Begum Zakia Shahnawaz, former Member Punjab Assembly Amina Ulfat and a prominent classical singer Hussain Bakhsh Gullu, Shabnam Majeed and poet Nazir Qaiser were also present on the occasion. General Secretary of the social organization Rubina Feroz Bhatti informed that her organization is running skill development centers in six districts of Punjab. Rana Mashhood later participated in prize distribution ceremony on the occasion of annual sports day of GC University.
