Lahore: President Mamnoon Hussain has summoned a joint session of parliament at 11am on Tuesday.
According to state media,the decision to convene a joint sitting of the two houses was taken at a meeting chaired by Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Sunday.
Leader of the Opposition Syed Khursheed Shah had proposed a joint sitting of the Parliament to discuss the latest situation prevailing in the country.
