Lahore: Newly appointed SSP Islamabad Asmatullah Junejo who took charge of his assignments a day before has been seriously injured in a deadly attack today along with his gunman.He and his gunman conditions are told critical in Pakistan Institutes of Medical Sciences.
SSP Asmatullah a day before after taking charge of his office said that Imran Khan and Allama Dr Tahir ul Qadri both are respectable for him but he will not allow them to attack or get into PM House as that would be red line for them.Police is bound to protect the state buildings .SSP also said that if anyone tried to enter into state building the law would take action.
Today ,he was marching along with his gunmen to boost the moral of the force when armed people attacked on him in red zone and severely injured in this deadly attack while one of his gunman was also seriously injured while saving him from the protesters.
