Justice Ali Baqar directs CM Punjab to submit his affidavit

Lahore: Justice Ali Baqar Najafi, one man inquiry Tribunal has adjourned the proceedings for 26.07.2014 at 11:30 a.m.

Nadeem Hassan Asif, Secretary Establishment Government of Pakistan has sent a report narrating the facts and circumstances which prompted the Federal Government to transfer I.G.P. Punjab. The same has been made part of the record.

Asad Ali Khan, Deputy Director ISI has also placed on record analysis report of the eight Cell Phone Numbers which has been made part of the record. He is directed to submit the final report by tomorrow.

Cross Examination on Rana Sanaullah, former Law Minister, Dr. Toqeer Shah, former Secretary to Chief Minister, Meer Kashif Khalil DSP, Zulfiqar Ali Inspector/SHO PS Gulberg, Mohammad Ishtiaq Inspector/SHO PS Kahna, Rana Mohammad Islam DSP/SDPO Ichhra Model Town Division, Mohammad Sharif ASI 2145-L Police Post Lakhoki PS Kahna, Raheel Ahmad constable No.4409, Mohammad Saien constable No.3202, Amir Hassan No.19956-C and evidence of Mian Javed Iqbal son of Mian Ahmad eye witness of the incident and resident of the area have been recorded today.

The Advocate General Punjab has requested for a short time to comply with the order passed by this Tribunal whereby the Chief Minister Punjab was directed to submit his affidavit through an authorized agent, which is allowed. The said affidavit can now be submitted by tomorrow at 11:30 a.m.
