Imran Khan should accept defeat by demonstrating sportsman spirit: Rana Mashud

Lahore: Provincial Minister for Education, Rana Mashhood Ahmed Khan has said that Imran Khan should accept defeat by demonstrating sportsman spirit. He said that protest politics of Imran Khan is not a good omen for democracy. He said that PTI leaders should pay attention to the miserable condition of KPK people instead of delivering speeches in public meetings.

Rana Mashhood said that the fate of Faisalabad rally will not be different than of Islamabad. He said that people have rejected the style of protest politics of Imran Khan. He said that after the end of the match, appeal of “no ball” has no value.

Provincial Education Minister while commenting upon the speech of Imran Khan said that people have no interest in false political allegations and rigging as they want solution of their problems. He said that PML-N leadership is making efforts for resolving peoples’ problems.

Rana Mashhood said that Imran Khan should give practical shape to the slogan of “change” in KPK instead of holding protest rallies and public meetings. He said that Imran Khan will have to learn a lesson from the flopped rally of Islamabad.

He advised Imran Khan to announce development projects and public welfare schemes instead of rallies and protest meetings.
