NTS declares results of written tests for recruitment in LHC

Chief Justic LHCLahore: Chief Justice of the Lahore High Court, Mr. Justice Umar Ata Bandial accompanied with other Hon’ble Judges attended the first ever presentation for construction of underground car parking for the litigants, lawyers and general public at GPO gate of the Lahore High Court.

 

Director of Architecture, Government of the Punjab gave a detailed presentation with the help of multimedia projector and highlighted ways and means to ease the traffic congestion in and around the Lahore High Court.

 

Chief Justice appreciated the project and said that advocates community will also be taken on board in this regard. Hon’ble Chief Justice said that there was a dire need for green spaces  in the vicinity of Lahore High Court, therefore, greenery of the site in front of Auqaf Building adjacent GPO gate —the venue for the underground parking should be maintained.

Chief Justice further directed that the project should be completed in the minimum possible so that the litigant public and the lawyers may not have inconvenience for the longer period.

Justice Manzoor Ahmad Malik, Mr. Justice Shahid Hameed Dar, Mr. Justice Muhammad Yawar Ali, Mr. Justice Syed Iftikhar Hussain Shah, Mr. Justice Muhammad Ameer Bhatti, Mr. Justice Ali Baqar Najafi, Mr. Justice Atir Mahmood, Mr. Justice Shahid Bilal Hassan, Justice Aalia Neelum and Mr. Justice Zafarullah Khan Khakwani also attended the presentation.

Earlier, Hon’ble Chief Justice introduced the newly appointed Registrar Mehboob Qadir Shah to the participants.

Meanwhile, National Testing Service (NTS) has declared results of written tests conducted by it for recruitment of Assistants (BS-15) and Caretakers (BS-15), Junior Clerks (BS-11) for the Lahore High Court.

In the year 2013 NTS was tasked to hold tests for 10 vacant posts of Assistants, 40 vacancies Junior Clerks and two Caretakers in the Establishment of Lahore High Court. 2310 candidates had appeared for Assistants, 4157 for Junior Clerks and 336 for Caretakers.

On the other hand, NTS has issued schedule for interviews for constables and lady constables recruitment in Lahore Police
