Motorway Police launched a campaign against illegal blue revolving lights

Lahore: Motorway Police Central have  launched a comprehensive enforcement campaign against illegal blue revolving lights and unauthorized green number plates vehicles plying on national highways said DIG N-5 Central Mirza Shakil Ahmad while making surprise visit on national highways. The SSP Mirza Faran Baig was also present on this occasion.

The DIG Mirza Shakil Ahmad said unauthorized/illegal use of blue revolving lights is posing a security risk and it can be used for criminal activities. Therefore, a special campaign will be launched against the violators irrespective of their social standings. He further said that strict enforcement will be carry out against unauthorized green number plates that could be used for criminals activities. He advised the officers to spend their full energies and efforts to make the campaign successful.
