LHC promotes 68 Judicial Officers of the Punjab

Lahore: The Administration Committee of Lahore High Court headed by Chief Justice Umar Ata Bandial today ordered promotion of 68 Judicial Officers of the Punjab. 19 Additional District & Sessions Judges to the rank of District and Sessions Judges, 27 Senior Civil Judges to the rank of Additional District & Sessions Judge and 22 Civil Judges to the rank of Senior Civil Judges.

Additional District and Sessions Judges promoted to the rank of District and Sessions Judges include Rao Abdul Jabbar Khan, Mian Ghulam Hussain, Mr.Imtiaz Hussain, Mr.Mushtaq Ahmad, Mr.Nisar Ahmad, Mr.Pervez Ismail Joiya, Mr.Sajjad Hussain Sindhar, Mr.Sajjad Ahmad, Rai Muhammad Ayub Khan, Mr.Anwaar Ahmad Khan, Mr.Muhammad Yousaf Aujla, Mr.Muhammad Nawaz, Mr.Muhammad Waseem Akhtar, Mr.Muhammad Akhtar Bahadar, Mr.Muhammad Yar Walana, Syed Khurshid Anwar Rizvi, Mr.Abdul Rashid, Raja Ghazanfar Ali Khan and Mr.Qaiser Nazir Butt.

Senior Civil Judges promoted to the rank of Additional District and Sessions Judges include Mr.Ashfaq Ahmad Rana, Mr.Gulzar Ahmad Khalid, Mr.Rafaqat Ali Qamar, Mr.Ahmad Nawaz Khan, Mr.Muhammad Farrukh Hameed, Ms.Kaneez Faiza Bhatti, Mr.Adnan Mushtaq, Mr.Shahzadah Masud Sadiq, Mr.Afaq Ahmad, Mr.Muhammad Saleem Iqbal, Syed Imran Raza Naqvi, Mr.Muhammad Khalid Ishaq, Mr.Muhammad Nadeem, Mr.Azhar Ul Haq, Mr.Irfan Saeed, Mr.Muhammad Faisal Ahmad, Mr.Muhammad Masood Hussain, Mr.Tariq Mahmood, Mr.Farrukh Hussain, Mr.Muzammal Musa, Mr.Muhammad Suleman, Mr.Zahid Hussain Bakhtiar, Mr.Tariq Saleem, Mr.Nasir Javed Rana, Ms.Shabana Risalat, Mr.Liaqat Ali Ranjha and Mr.Zulfiqar Ahmad Naeem

Disciplinary proceedings against Ms. Abher Gula Khan, Additional District and Sessions Judge have been dropped and resignation tendered by Mr. Fazal Zada Khan, Civil Judge has been accepted, while dropping disciplinary proceedings pending against him.
