CM forced minister health to resign to please Shaista Pervaiz Malik

Lahore: Minister Health Punjab Khalil Tahir Sindhu has resigned after facing humiliation from the Chief Minister Punjab in a meeting before the media and fellow ministers. Cm Punjab has accepted his resign as minister for health Punjab but ask him to continue work as a minister for human rights and minorities affairs. Former advisor for health Khawaja Salman Rafique has been promoted and appointed Health Minister.

Two days before when CM Punjab Mian Shahbaz Sharif met PML-N Lahore chapter’s Malik Pervaiz ‘s wife Shaista Pervaiz Malik and asked her why she was not attending dengue control meeting? Her reply was become a reason for the health minister resign as she said how could I attend meetings without any invitation?

Shaista Malik reply made Shahbaz Sharif furious and he inquired Khalil Tahir Sindhu why he did not invite Mrs Malik,he made clear his position by saying his fellow minister Rana Mashud was a chairman cabinet committee for anti dengue campaign and he had to invite her .

CM asked the reason to Rana Mashud who blamed the health minister and thus Shahbaz Sharif shown his announce over dengue situation in the province and warned that “you will have to pay the price”.

Minister could not bear this insult and later send his resignation from all the the ministries he had but CM only accept his resignation from health ministry.

Punjab Chief Minister also has taken back the charge of ministry of energy from Ch Sher Ali and asked him to continue work as minister for mines.

PML-N sources have claimed that after the reconcile of Kh Saad rafique and Rana Mashud groups they conspired against the Khalil Tahir who was very much close to minister for law Rana Sana Ullah.These groups used a lady whom Shahbaz Sharif cares enough.The other minister Ch Sher Ali was also considered a close associate of the Law Minister who is a relative of CJP Iftikhar Muhammad Ch.

As Sharif were not happy with the CJP after the local bodies elections case so they were giving tough time to Rana Sana Ullah to, sources added.
