A baby died by kite string in Lahore

Lahore: Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has taken notice of the death of a two years old girl due to kite string near Scheme Mor.

Issuing orders for inquiry into this tragic incident, the Chief Minister said that he was deeply aggrieved at the death of the girl child due to slitting of her throat by the kite string.

He said that this incident is intolerable as there is a ban on kite flying. He ordered stern action against the police officials guilty of dereliction of duty.
