Murderers of slain advocate be nabbed in 24 hours: LHC

Lahore: Registrar of the Lahore High Court, Sardar Ahmed Naeem, has conveyed to Inspector General Police Punjab that murderers of advocate Zain Ghaffar be arrested within 24 hours.

Senior advocate Zain was killed in Defence Housing Authority Lahore a couple of days ago by some unknown assailants. Since then Registrar is in touch with police high ups and getting updates about the investigation of the case on daily basis. He is also maintaining close liaison with the bereaved family.

Over telephone, he has condoled the sad demise of the advocate and expressed heart-felt sympathies on behalf of Chief Justice Umar Ata Bandial with parents and assured them that killers will be nabbed shortly and punished strictly in accordance with the law.
