LHC notice gang rape of mother of four

Lahore High Court on Monday took notice of the news published in a section of press regarding kidnapping and gang-rape of a mother of four children in Kahna Area. District & Sessions Judge, Lahore has been directed to probe into the matter and submit a detailed report regarding steps taken by the local police along with his own comments.

According to details, police registered a case on the complaint of Muhammad Arif resident of village Kingar, stating therein that his wife was on her way to home after dropping her children at school when Naveed, Shahzad and their accomplices kidnapped her. They took the victim to unknown place and allegedly gang-raped her.

LHC Complaint Cell took serious notice of the news and directed the concerned D&SJ to look into the matter and submit report within a week positively.
