Elections to be held on time: Justice (R) Mir Hazar Khan Khoso

Lahore: Caretaker Prime Minister Justice (R) Mir Hazar Khan Khoso Tuesday reiterated that elections will be held on time.
He was talking to Minister for Information and Broadcasting Arif Nizami who called on him at the Prime Minister’s House.

During the meeting, Arif Nizami briefed the Prime Minister on his visits to the provinces of Sindh and Balochistan.He directed the Information Minister to increase interaction with media and dispel any misgivings about general elections. “General elections will be held on time”, reiterated the Prime Minister.

The Information Minister discussed with him the need for increasing media footprint in Balochistan.He apprised the Prime Minister that his ministry intended to install a `booster’ for effectively disseminating information and providing entertainment to the people of Balochistan.

Khoso approved the proposal in principle and directed the Information Minister to put up a summary in this
regard.
