Mehr Khaliq Dad Lak assumes the charge of CCPO Lahore

Lahore: CCPO Lahore Mehr Khaliq Dad Lak has assumed the charge of his new duties and said that it was his prime duty to provide conducive environment for fair and free election.
While talking to media newly appointed CCPO Lahore said that he wanted to ensure fair play and merit and to exercise zero tolerance for corruption and high handedness.
He said making police a responsive force was his desire.

According to police record,Mehr Khaliq Dad Lak was born in 1962 in Sargodha. He received his early education from Lawrence college and cadet college Hassan Abdal and finally earned B.sc Engineering degree.
He joined police service in 1986 in 14th common training program. He was declared around best ASP during training. ASP, SP and SSP he served in District Toba Tek Singh, Khushab, Bhakkar, Sahiwal and Gujranwala.
He also served on various staff and training assignments, including the Deputy Commandant, Sihala and AIG in Central Police Office.
On promotion as DIG, he has served as RPO Sahiwal, DIG Special Branch and DIG investigation branch Punjab.
He is attended foreign training courses in Japan, China and Turkey.
