Turk delegation attends the flag lowering ceremony at Wahga

Lahore: Turk delegation visited Pakistan Handicrafts and highly appreciated the hand knotted Pakistani products.

Representative of Turk delegation Sadi Yaldarer expressed his gratitude to Punjab government on warm welcome in Punjab and said that the credit of Pak-Turk friendship goes to Chief Minister Punjab, Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif. He said that Pakistan and Turkey are two brotherly countries and strong ties exist between them.

Director Pakistan Handicrafts Sabih Zaka Chaudhary said that for the first time foreign delegations are visiting Punjab province which has highlighted the positive image of Pakistan all over the world. He appreciated the efforts of Punjab government and Chief Minister Punjab Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif. Project Director Abdul Kabir Tahir, Marketing Officer Syed Waqas Javed and other officers of Pakistan Handicrafts were present on the occasion.

Earlier, Turk delegation attended the flag lowering ceremony at Wahga Border. Members of the delegation, expressing their warmth love, raised slogans of Pakistan Zindabad along with the people. They highly appreciated the excellent parade of rangers.

A 25-member Turk delegation visited Mazar-e-Iqbal today and offered Fateha. The members of the delegation while paying homage to Allama Muhammad Iqbal declared him a great poet. The delegation also visited Badshahi Mosque and Lahore Fort and lauded the architecture of Mughal era. The delegation also went to Quran Gallery and praised the manuscripts of the Quran written with golden thread.
