There will be no Marshal Law in Pakistan again:CJP Iftikhar Muhammad Ch

Lahore:Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudry has said that no dictator would ever dare to suspend the constitution and impose Marshal law due to lawyers struggle for the free judiciary and democracy.While addressing the Sargodha bar,the Chief Justice said ,Bar and Bench are the two wheels of a vehicle,both are working for speedy justice for the public.

The CJP said that Pakistan is a country for all of us.Our forefathers had given sacrifices for it.Youth can not see these sacrifices gone in waste.He asked the young lawyers to help the courts for speedy justice to the people.

At this occasion, Chief Justice Lahore High Court Justice Omar Ata Bandial said,he has appointed honest judges who all are very much committed to their job and trying to provide immediate justice to the public.
Earlier,President Sargodha bar Shams Naveed cheema gave speech and lauded the CJP and the independent Judiciary for their decision.A large number of lawyers,bar’s elected members ,advocate general punjab,judicial and executive magistrates and the session judge attended the ceremony
