FPCCI gives Rs 20 million for the PM’s Corona Relief Fund

President Mian Anjum Nisar, Vice President Dr. Muhammad Arshad, and Vice President Qaisar Khan Monday called on Prime Minister Imran Khan and presented a cheque worth Rs 20 million for the PM’s Corona Relief Fund.

On the occasion, the Prime Minister appreciated the donation of FPCCI and said that the government facilitated functioning of the industries during the coronavirus pandemic.

However, he stressed that the industrialists should ensure implementation of precautionary measures by their employees.

The Prime Minister said that they would have to keep a balance between the economic activities and the precautionary measures against coronavirus.

Dr. Muhammad Arshad, Vice President apprised the PM of the positive results of his impetus package and also suggested some means to further boost the industrial sector on the line of construction industry package. The PM welcome the suggestions.

Qaisar Khan, Vice President highlighted the issues related to industry in KP and newly merged tribal districts.
