Army Can not run the country : Fawad Ch

Lahore : Minister for Science & Technology Fawad Ch has said that army is the most disciplined and organized institution of the country but it can not run the country. It has to run by the civilian government and army has to work under it and should empower the institutions

While giving interview to Samma News ‘s special correspondent Naeem Ashraf Butt , the federal minister ministries were changed due to the non elected people , his own former ministry was run by 5 people that’s why he could not performed well , Fawad Ch added. Yosaf Baig Mirza , Naeem ul Haq ,Arshad Khan ,Tahir Anwar Khan intervened in my ministry who should be constrained ,he continued .

He said that there was weakness in our political decisions as there was a fight in party between elected and non elected people ,important decision were taken and we remain unaware of them. But party can not be handed over to those who never elected as a councilor .

Fawad Ch said civilian government had left image building upon army but took it back , ISPR has better system than ministry of information but image building was not the job of ISPR and we will have to do it but we don’t have any system , World does not welcome army role in diplomacy so civilian government has to lead in the matters and give its narrative
