District Administration Lahore issued Spring Festival programmes

Lahore : District Administration Lahore has issued its Spring Festival Calendar 2019, which include programs of different nature. Spring Festival started from today and will continue in the provincial capital till 28th March for which District Administration Lahore along with PHA, Walled City, Al Aamrah Arts Council have finalized their programs in regard with said festival.

District Administration Lahore has appealed the citizens to participate in Spring Festival to make all the programs successful.

As per the Spring Festival calendar issued by District Administration on Sunday afternoon, there are programs like Puppet Show, Lahore Literary Festival, Painting Exhibition, English Drama, Pakistan Mela Chiragan, Mini Circus, Punjabi Festival, Seven Up Festival, Aurat March, Sufi Rang, Mushira, Car Show, Habib Jalib Mela, Musical Function, Family Festival, Bird Show, Cut Flower Show, Shan e Pakistan Conference, Fireworks, Kantern Show, Lahore Marathon, Song Competition, Band Parade, Aero plan Show and Spring Festival Show. DC Lahore Saleha Saeed has said that it is the aim of district administration Lahore to provide healthy entertainment to the citizens of city through these programs which have been scheduled from 17th Feb to 28th March.
“Citizens must go to see these programs along with their families as home like atmosphere are arranged for them. There is also proper publicity of these programs due which District Administration has issued a calendar, reflecting date and venue of the event for the ease of the citizens. Special teams are distributing flyers among citizens while standing on airport, bus stands, PHA office, Al Ahmrah office and walled city office.” she added. Ms. Saleha Saeed further said that ADC Finance and Planning Lahore, AC HR and Assistant Commissioners have been monitoring these programs in their assigned areas. She has also appealed the citizens to come forward and to make Spring Festival successful.
