Nawaz Sharif becomes ill in Kot Lakhpat jail

Lahore : Former prime minister Nawaz Sharif has become ill in Kot Lakhpat jail. He has asked jail authorities to allow his personnel Dr for check up but his Dr was not permitted to visit him.

Jail authorities have confirmed that Nawaz Sharif was caught with high fever and flue.

Meanwhile; media has reported that Maryam Nawaz along with her son Junaid Safdar visited Kot Lakhpat jail and inquired after her father Nawaz Sharif. The meeting held under the supervision of jail staff.
