CM Usman Buzdar notice torture on Careem Manager

Lahore : CM Punjab Usman Buzdar has taken notice of torture on Taxi Service provider company Careem’s manager by police. He directed IGP to hold inquiry of the incident and report. The CM took notice of the event after it was reported by national media.

The mobile clip was telecasted showed how policemen throwing the manager into police vehicle and abusing him.

Police spokesman claimed that Manawan Investigation police during the investigation of kidnapping case of a girl Rimsha in which online taxi service was used , Inspector Farrukh and SI Shafiq brought the manager to police station for information and let him free after a while.

The spokesman said that SP investigation is holding inquiry of the matter and action would be taken in the light of inquiry report.
