Complaint cell member kidnapped outside from IG office

Lahore : Some unknown car riders have kidnapped a cop from outside IG Punjab office .

The kidnapped cop Tariq was working at complaint cell 8787 IG office . Yesterday on Monday he left office to go to his home Kahna but was forcibly get in car by some unknown personnel in the presence of armed cops and no one took action expect to inform the security incharge.

IG office also failed to record CCTV footage due to some unknown reasons and was busy to hide the facts from media.

A application for FIR sent to PS Old Anarkali without mentioning that Tariq was employee at IG office and kidnapped from outside CPO .

2 days have passed but police yet to find any clue of the abducted Tariq.

Tariq family has appealed IG Punjab to ensure his safe and sound early recovery.
