Punjab government makes a big reshuffle in bureaucracy

Lahore : Punjab government has issued transfer and posting orders of bureaucracy at largest scale.

According to the notification ;

ARIF ANWAR BALOCH (PAS/BS-21), Secretary to Government of the Punjab, Local Government & Community Development Department is hereby transferred, with immediate effect and posted as Commissioner, Sahiwal Division, Sahiwal, vice Dr. Farah Masood (PAS/ BS-20), transferred. The post of Commissioner, Sahiwal Division, Sahiwal shall remain upgraded from BS-20 to BS-21 as personal to Mr. Arif Anwar Baloch (PAS/BS-21) and for as long as it is held by him.

SHER ALAM MAHSUD(PAS/BS-21), Secretary to Government of the Punjab, Irrigation Department is hereby transferred, with immediate effect and directed to report to Services & General Administration Department, Government of the Punjab, for further orders.

MUHAMMAD AYUB CHAUDHARY (SG/BS-21), Secretary to Government of the Punjab, Youth Affairs, Sports, Archaeology & Tourism Development Department is hereby transferred, with immediate effect and directed to report to Services & General Administration Department, Government of the Punjab, for further orders.

BABAR SHAFI (PMS (ex-PCS)/BS-21), Secretary to Government of the Punjab, Excise & Taxation Department is hereby transferred, with immediate effect and posted as Secretary to Government of the Punjab, Transport Department, against a vacant post. The post of Secretary to Government of the Punjab, Transport Department shall remain upgraded from BS-20 to BS-21 as personal to Mr. Babar Shafi (PMS (ex-PCS)/BS-21) and for as long as it is held by him. He shall also hold the additional charge of the post of Secretary to Government of the Punjab, Excise & Taxation Department, in addition to his own duties and till the posting of a regular incumbent.

TAHIR KHURSHID(PAS/BS-20), Managing Director, Punjab Small Industries Corporation (PSIC) is hereby transferred, with immediate effect and posted as Commissioner, D.G. Khan Division, D.G. Khan, against a vacant post.

DR. MUHAMMAD AJMAL(PAS/BS-20), Additional Chief Secretary (Energy), Government of the Punjab is hereby transferred, with immediate effect and directed to report to Services & General Administration Department, Government of the Punjab, for further orders.

SYED ALI MURTAZA(PAS/BS-20), Secretary to Government of the Punjab, Public Prosecution Department is hereby transferred, with immediate effect and posted as Secretary to Government of the Punjab, Irrigation Department, vice Mr. Sher Alam Mahsud (PAS/BS-21), relieved.

CAPT. (RETD.) SAIF ANJUM(PAS/BS-20), Commissioner, Rawalpindi Division, Rawalpindi is hereby transferred, with immediate effect and posted as Secretary to Government of the Punjab, Local Government & Community Development Department, vice Mr. Arif Anwar Baloch (PAS/ BS-21), transferred.

MS. SARAH SAEED (PAS/BS-20), Secretary to Government of the Punjab, Women Development is hereby transferred, with immediate effect and posted as Secretary to Government of the Punjab, Higher Education Department, against a vacant post, relieving Mr. Imran Sikandar (PAS/BS-20), Secretary to Government of the Punjab, Schools Education Department, of additional charge of the post.
