COAS to stop his people contacting judiciary : Islamabad High Court

Lahore : Islamabad High Court ‘ s Mr Justice Shokat Aziz Sidiqi has asked Chief of Army Staff to his people approaching judges , he appealed during open court and said judges phone being taped and their lives are not secure.

While hearing the case of missing persons , justice Sidiqi said to ISI representative that you people tried to make benches of your choice , army chief must know what you are doing.

In its written order the court said kidnapping of citizen , businessman and influential people from capital has become a practice , agencies to work for the security and defence of the country , state within state concept should be ended if agencies would not be stopped it will be disastrous for the army and state.
