Shahbaz Sharif joyfull on the test run of Orange Train

Lahore : Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has said that PTI is responsible for inordinate delay in timely completion of orange line metro train and vowed that people will take revenge of this delay in the upcoming elections. Niazi Sahib claims that I am dangerous; he should wait and see that how dangerous I am. If an opportunity is accorded after the elections, blue line metro train will be constructed from Bhatti to airport.

Addressing a public gathering at Laxmi Chowk after the test run of orange line metro train, the Chief Minister said that PML-N government has taken a number of steps for providing cost-effective, qualitative and comfortable traveling facilities to the people. Orange line metro train and metro bus service projects have been completed for the common man, he added.

Imran Niazi should have developed educational institutions and healthcare facilities in the KPK as he had begged votes by raising the slogans of world cup and Shaukat Khanum. But he has devastated the KPK province and tried to obstruct the development projects aimed at welfare of the masses. In garb of enmity with the PML-N, he showed hostility with the people by opposing the orange line metro train project.

Now, the people have to take revenge of this undue delay in this public welfare project by drowning the ship of the PTI in the coming elections. He said that Zardari, who has ruined Sindh, resurfaced in a new shape and now, Bilawal House and Banigala have turned into conjoined twins. They both are united now; one is having a bat while the other is holding an arrow, he said.

But when lion will roar, they will not be seen anywhere. They vilify me for developing physical infrastructure including bridges and roads. Niazi Sahib, it may be true that I have developed bridges but you let the bridges to fall there. And when dengue attacked KPK, you climbed to the mountains of Nathiagali to enjoy seclusion, he maintained. We have developed new bridges, roads, institutions and hospitals in Punjab and if an opportunity is accorded then these projects will also be started in Sindh, Balochistan and KPK provinces.

He said that orange line metro train project has been delayed for 22 months due to the shenanigans of the PTI. But in spite of that, this project is near to completion and this has tremendously unnerved Niazi Sahib. He said that if this delay has not been occurred then work would have been started on blue line project but this is not acceptable to the PTI.

He has proved his enmity with the nation because these projects would have helped the masses to reach their destinations well in time.

Shahbaz Sharif said that people will take revenge from those elements in next general elections that caused delays in various development projects and wasted time of the public. He said that if people will give us the chance then blue line project will be started after the elections. He maintained that this project will further facilitate the Lahorites.

He said that Zardari’s PPP and Niazi’s PTI have destroyed both Sindh and KPK provinces. He said that Niazi’s desires will remain unfulfilled as the will of Allah Almighty reigns supreme. According to Niazi, I am more dangerous than Nawaz Sharif; I ask him if it has transpired to him now? Move forward and I shall let you know that how dangerous I am! With the grace of Allah Almighty, we will put your political career to an end. He said that a huge amount of 75 billion rupees of the poor nation have been saved in orange line metro train. I put a question to the NAB that it digs everything up and tries to find out even the invisible. It should, at least, praise the savings of Rs. 75 billion of the poor nation, he added. I would be held accountable if more than Rs. 70 billion or Rs. 75 billion are not saved! He said that whole team especially Kh. Ahmad Hassan, Sibtain Fazal Haleem, Commissioner Lahore Division and Chief Secretary deserves accolades who have worked around-the-clock. I have tried to come up on the expectations of the people as Khadim-e-Aala.However, if any mistake has happened then I am sorry over it, he said.

He said that he is a public figure and remains among the public. He also expressed regrets that people had to face some difficulties due to the construction work of orange line metro train and added that if an opportunity is accorded after the next general elections then a committee would be constituted to compensate the traders’ losses.

He reiterated the commitment that hard work will be done to make Pakistan stronger and as thousands of megawatt electricity generation projects have been installed and network of motorways have been spread under the leadership of Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, the country will be further developed in next five years to make it a great nation in the world.

Kh. Ahmed Hassan also addressed the function. President PML-N KPK Amir Muqam, provincial ministers, assembly members, concerned officers and a large number of people were also present on this occasion.
