CJP suspends DG Land Record Capt (R) Zafar Iqbal

Lahore : Chief Justice of Pakistan Mr justice Saqib Nisar has suspended DG Land Record Capt (R) Zafar Iqbal with the remarks that who can not talk to ladies with respect has no right to stay anymore. He ordered Chief Secretary to immediately issue suspension orders and informed the court in this regard.

The CJP while listening the complaints of ladies against DG Land Record in the court admonished Capt (R) Zafar Iqbal . The complainant women clapped in the court room as the CJP ordered to suspend the DG PLRA .

Punjab Land Record Authority (PLRA) Director General (DG) Captain (r) Zafar Iqbal was summoned by the court on public complaints.

during the proceeding , it was told to the court that over 500 employees of Punjab Land Record Authority were protesting against the Director General , upon this info ,the CJP directed the protesters to end their protest and ensured them to listen their complaints and take action making clear that no compromise would be made on discipline.
