Nawaz Sharif hit with shoe at Jamia Naeemia

Lahore : Nawaz Sharif was hitted by shoe in Jamia Naeemia when he came at stage to share his memories regarding Mufti Naeemi.

There was a seminar being held at Jamia Naeemia in the memory of Mufti Naeemi.

When Nawaz Sharif came to dice to share his views , a man Abdul Ghafoor sitting by stage , his fellow Sajid was on the other side and Munawar in the hall attempted to hit Nawaz Sharif with shoes. They one by one threw shoes and one hitted the shoulder of former Prime Minister. The accused Abdul Ghafoor was a student of Jamia Ghosia , Gulberg. Sajid was a ex student of Jamia Mughalpura.

The attackers were caught by the Jamia security and were taught a lesson and than handed over to police . Investigation is underway to reach at the remaining characters .

Nawaz Sharif after this incident , gave a short address and went back.

Mohtamim Dr Raghib Naeemi condemned the incident and demand detailed inquiry to reached at the mastermind . He asked the security agencies and police to register FIR and bring the facts before the nation.
