Dr Shahid Masud offers to tender apology

Lahore: Anchor Shahid Masud has offered to tender apology in the court soon after the court announced JIT opinion that Dr Shahid failed to prove any allegation levelled in his programme and all 18 allegations has proved false .

The CJP Saqib Nisar said time for apology has passed , now you have to face the law. You should accept in general public that you lied about Zainab Case, the CJP added.

The court said you tender apology than we will see what to do next, if you want to challenge report do in a week keeping in mind the result of lies.

The court also issued notice to News One channel and adjourned the case for 12th of March.
