Motorway Police set up a ‘Wall of Kindness’

Lahore : To promote the concept of “donate, charity and humanity what you don’t need and take what you need”, the National Highways and Motorway Police, Central has set up a ‘Wall of Kindness’. Lady patrolling officer has inaugurated ‘Wall of Kindness’ set up by officers and officials of NH&MP near Babu Sabu building complex here on Monday.

Justice (r) Nasira Javaid Iqbal the concept of Motorway Police Wall of Kindness is wonderful and  declared it highly commendable and role model for others department. DIG Motorway Police Mirza Faran Baig and large a number of officers and officials were present on the occasion.

DIG Mirza Faran Baig said that Pakistani nation was the most generous nation of the world and the people who gave donations were in large number. He said that only deserving people had the right to benefit from the Wall of Kindness who were in need of such things and did not want to beg from others. Several NH&MP officers and officials have donated men / women’s wear, shirts, pants, toys, sweaters, books and footwear, which have been then picked up by the needy.

DIG Mirza Faran Baig said the initiative received a lot of support from the members, so we decided to set up the wall similar walls of kindness across the national highways in future. The notable of locality also appreciated the motorway police people friendly gesture for humanity.
