Lahore: Latent potential of youth can be harnessed by providing opportunities for growth and personal development. Pakistan’s population reached 200 million; it is estimated that almost 31% of this population is aged between 15 to 29 years while 58 million belong to the 20 to 24 year age group. Young, Experienced and talented people are appointed as chairman of committees.
These were views of Ch. Arfan Yousaf, Regional Chairman and Vice President Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry during a special meeting organized for Committees allocation for year 2018.
Ch. Arfan Yousaf announced FPCCI will organize youth conference soon. He said creating pathways for the economic empowerment and constructive engagement of young people through informed decision making, community mobilization, and skills development is our main focus.
Iftikhar Ali Malik, Vice President SAARC CCI said only youth participation and empowerment are considered as avenues to future development for any country and society.
