Naseerabad police booked 4years old child in gambling and resistance with cops

Lahore : Additional session judge Amjad Khan has sought report from SHO Naseerabad about the case in which police booked a 4 years old child Faizan. Police had registered a case against him under section 186 ppc and gambling act.

Father of Faizan , filed a petition in session court stating that he run a billiard club , incharge police post Firdos Market and moharrar demanded monthly payment to run billiard club and registered a fake FIR against child.

He brought the kid in the court in freezing weather holding him in his lap and prayed for his acquittal in the case.

The Court has sought report from SHO Naseerabad and adjourned the hearing.
