Punjab Law Minister objects on the appointment of Shah Khawar

Lahore : Punjab Law Minister Rana Sana Ullah Khan has requested Chairman NAB Justice (R) Javaid Iqbal to revisit his decision to appoint Justice (R) Shah Khawar as a special  prosecutor of NAB in Hudaibiya case .

In a statement ; Rana Sana said that Shah Khawar is an active worker of Pakistan Peoples Party and had been appointed deputy Attorney General in PPP’s government.He has been criticizing PML-N and its leadership for 8 months on channels.He was not confirmed as judge in High Court.

Punjab Law Minister alleged that Shah Khawar’s character is controversial and the office of public prosecutor demands an impartial personality .
