College of Earth & Environmental sciences signs MoU with DARCO group

Lahore :  College of Earth & Environmental sciences has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with DARCO Group.

The ceremony was organized at Punjab University CEES in which college Principal Prof Dr Sajid Rashid Ahmad, Managing Director of DARCO Group Calvin Thye, faculty members and others were present on the occasion.

The DARCO Group is based in Singapore and provides wastewater treatment and solid waste management facilities.

The group has also operations in Singapore, Malaysia, China, Taiwan, Philippine, Indonesia and now they are extending in Pakistan.

The MoU will facilitate the mutual sharing of best practices and expertise in environmental sciences especially in waste management and professional development of faculty, trainers and students.

The delegation also met PU VC Dr Zafar Mueen Nasir and showed their cooperation for the improvement of environmental issues in Pakistan.
