Lahore : Central leader of PML-N, Hamza Shahbaz MNA has said continuity of democracy and holding of in time elections would be the success of all political parties and we all should go for the fresh mandate in 2018 as masses would decide who is eligible and who is not. He criticized the role of Tahir ul Qadri and said that those who come especially from Canada to sabotage democracy in Pakistan would never succeed in their designs.
While talking to media here after visiting walled city, Hamza Shahbaz said that those trying to do politics on the dead bodies would be disappointing as people are now aware of the facts and know very well that who is lying.
He said that country of more than 20 crore people could not be left unattended for others to watch drama of this atomic power.
He added that National Assembly has paved the way for next general elections and now including media all should endeavor to strengthen democracy and the democratic system in the country.
He said that people gave mandate to Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif who fulfilled all his promises from ending loadshedding to bring peace and prosperity in the country.
HamzaShahbaz said that no doubt that Model Town incident was a bad episode which left sympathies for the victims and now the matter is in the Court and justice should be done at all costs.
Replying questions, Hamza Shahbaz negated the verdict of Asif Zardari and Imran Khan and said that let the people decided the next government through their votes and masses would rightly decide.
Hamza Shahbaz said that present government has undertaken development in the country and people are satisfied with the performance of PML(N) while other parties did nothing for the common man.
Earlier, Hamza Shahbaz visited the residence of party workers Ms. Farkhanda Maalik and Shabeer Bhola and offered fateha. He paid tributes to the political and party services of Farkhanda Maalik and prayed for her departed soul.
PML(N) Lahore Secretary Information Imran Ali Goraya and Political Secretary Kabeer Taaj were present among many party workers who chanted slogans and gave a warm welcome to Hamza Shahbaz in walled city.
