30th Annual Conference of Pakistan Society of Neuro Surgens concluded

Lahore : 30^th Annual Conference of Pakistan Society of Neuro Surgeons concluded which remained in session for three days and more than two hundred delegates from all over the world attended this conference.

It is worth mentioning that four senior doctors including Prof. Dr. Khalid Mahmood from Punjab Institute of Neuro Science Lahore General Hospital presented their research papers in this conference which was admired even by international participants and declared those papers much more beneficial for neuro surgery field.

As per details this three days international conference on neuro surgery was concluded in the evening at Islamabad where Pakistan hosted surgery experts from all over the world.

In this conference Head of Lahore General Hospital Neuro Surgery Unite II Prof. Dr. Khalid Mahmood and his team comprising upon Dr. Sundas, Dr. Ajmal , Dr. Hassan Raza and Dr. Nabeel Chaudhary presented their research work on different neuro issues like modern technique of DBS, disease of Parkinson, operation of disk through endoscopy, to bring back disks of neck and brain surgery through minor cut on eye-bro.

All these experts also answered a number of complicated questions of the participants and got their appreciation at wide scale. In the conference research work of head of all these 4 doctors, Prof. Dr. Khalid Mahmood was also lauded and his professional achievements were declared a role model for others.

At the end of the conference while talking to the media Neuro Surgen Dr. Khalid Mahmood said that his mission of life is to make maximum research work in the field of Neuro and spread it for others benefit. He said that he wanted to transmit modern findings to the juniors so that future doctors should introduce the modern techniques and treatment for the patients.

Prof. Dr. Khalid Mahmood said that young doctors have a lot of potential and they would get appreciation for Pakistan in the coming days at international level.

Replying a question, Dr. Khalid Mahmood said that Pakistani surgeons have a good repute in other countries and working at wide scale in developed countries quite successfully and a great development has been noticed in the field of neuro surgery as well.

Prof. Dr. Khalid Mahmood also appreciated the achievements of Neuro Department in Lahore General Hospital and said that significant contribution has been noticed of LGH in this International Conference.
