Faizabad clash brings black out for media

Lahore : The Faizabad clash between the government and protesters have now spread in almost all around the country.

The federal government suspended the channels and made them off air in reply of live marathon transmission of the clash. Later , the government blocked the social media sites including Facebook, Twitter, Youtube and also suspended the online broadcast of the channels . 

Karachi’s top most area like MA JINNAH Road, Tibet Centre, Joriya Market, Jamia Cloth all are reported to be closed.

Protesters have also started gathering at key points across the country including Lahore , Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Mirpur Azad Kashmir, Tando Allahyar, Jacobabad, Chakwal, Sabrial, Faisalabad and Gujranwala.

In the southern metropolis, protesters that had been staging a sit-in at the Numaish Chowrangi since morning shut down the access roads and forcefully closed all the shops in the area. 

Punjab Assembly choke is occupied by the protesters resulting the worst disorder of the traffic.

Meanwhile, protests have also sprung up in various other parts of the city.
